kept apprised of new payers through regular mailings of a payor directory
which summarizes the benefit plans of the groups selecting the NPHO.
Other news is communicated to NPHO providers through newsletters
and mailings as required. |

comprehensive process is undertaken on all participating providers to assure
quality medical providers and services are selected for your network. These
requirements meet Joint Commission Accreditation of Hospital Organization,
and National Council of Quality Assurance guidelines. |
| SAVINGS |
| Norman
Regional Hospital has agreed to provide a discount unmatched by most other
programs in the region. Likewise, the physicians have agreed to a pre-negotiated
fee schedule, or to be paid the lower of the charges. This combination of
provider discounts results in the greatest savings currently available to
any commercial payor in the region. Actual overall savings for the NPHO
network are estimated at 35 to 45 percent. |

SERVICE |
| NPHO
staff is available to provide information to employee groups at the time
of renewal or change of health plan benefits. Directories will be provided,
as will stickers or camera-ready artwork for printing of health plan cards.
NPHO staff is ready and willing to answer questions, and is responsive
to any problems that may arise while using our network. |
