The Norman Physician Hospital Organization, or NPHO, is a Limited Liability Company founded in 1994. Our purpose is to provide cost effective, quality healthcare to the people of the region. Also, we have the unique ability to work with any insurance carrier–TPA, HMO, or any other statewide or nationwide network–which allows any size employer group to provide more comprehensive healthcare options.

STEP 1

Select a physician from this directory.

STEP 2

Call your selected provider to schedule an appointment.
Identify yourself as an NPHO participant.
Verify that the physician or provider is an active participating member of the NPHO network.

STEP 3

When you arrive at the provider's office:

a. Present your benefit plan Identification Card. This step is very important for proper claims handling and payment.

b. If required by your benefit plan, pay the appropriate office co-payment at the time of service. If your health benefit plan has a deductible amount, you may be asked to pay your portion of the deductible or any required co-payment at the time of service.

c. Then, your provider will send your in-network medical claim to the address indicated on your Identification Card.
